In order to strengthen our competitiveness for customers, SEYI provides solutions of smart manufacturing and establishes a global system of internet-based service and support for online advice on equipment adjustment or maintenance support, which allows us to be a strong back-up to customers.

 By connecting customer’s equipment with a database in SEYI via internet, our diagnosis system can directly obtain real-time information of equipment status. Combining shipment and maintenance records of the equipment, we are able to provide online advice on equipment adjustment or maintenance support to the customer, so equipment availability can be improved.

SEYI contributes knowledge in the field of equipment manufacturer and combines customer’s application experience on press process for joint effort with the customer on strengthening the system competitiveness.
