METALEX 2023 Recap

From November 22-25, SEYI proudly participated in METALEX 2023 at Bitec, Bangkok, taking the opportunity to unveil its cutting-edge technology to the metal manufacturers of Southeast Asia. The team achieved remarkable success, establishing meaningful connections with numerous prospective clients who expressed interest in SEYI's advanced machinery.

METALEX 2023 surpassed all expectations, drawing in a staggering 98,686 innovators for this year's largest gathering of the metalworking community in ASEAN. The event featured over 2,500 brands of providers and showcased seven international pavilions, solidifying its reputation as a premier industry exhibition.

SEYI’s Booth

SEYI's booth successfully attracted the attention of hundreds of metal stampers who attended the show. With a full production line and a team of five SEYI associates, the SEYI booth stood as a prominent leader among metal stamping suppliers.

The centerpiece of the booth was a complete production line featuring a SEYI SDN1 integrated with a 3in1 NC feeder. This display provided visitors with a hands-on experience, allowing them to visualize and interact with SEYI's latest innovation—the gap frame servo press, released in 2023. For many customers, this was their first encounter with the SDN1 series.

The SDN1 series excels in flexibility, efficiency, and simplicity in operations, which were accentuated through booth visuals. SEYI associates actively engaged in discussions, explaining the press's ability to seamlessly integrate with various production applications. Collateral and posters further illustrated the advantages of all SEYI servo presses.

The booth also emphasized smart manufacturing by introducing SEYI’s SIMS system and energy-saving advantages to visitors. SEYI’s Smart Stamping Solution helps customers make decisions on production management via info visualization based on machine status monitoring and production process monitoring. SEYI associates invited all visitors into the booth to learn more about how the SIMS package could positively influence their operational processes.
Beyond showcasing products, the booth also introduced mini-games and prize-based quizzes to attract new visitors and engage those within the booth.

Looking Ahead

METALEX 2023 was a resounding success for SEYI as we continue to push the industry to new frontiers and learn more about how to better serve our customers.
