SEYI-America Demonstrated 176ton Solid Frame Servo Press at FABTECH® Atlanta, November 8-10, 2022

Almost three years after the coronavirus outbreak upended life in the United States, Americans have largely moved on from the pandemic. FABTECH is North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event. The expo ran from November 8-10 in Atlanta, Georgia, and welcomed nearly 1,500 exhibitors and 40,000 attendees. SEYI-America was very excited for the return of visitors. Overall, the event was a huge success, as SEYI-America saw a 50% increase in sales leads compared to the 2019 event.

“In my 35 years of attending trade shows, This FABTECH 2022 by far has outperformed all other shows. The amount of traffic and customers who visited for both business and pleasure was phenomenal. I even received compliments from our competitors on how nice our booth was,” said SEYI-America’s Senior Regional Sales Manger Jimmy P.  

With live demonstrations of SEYI’s SD2-176, visitors saw the details and advantages that SEYI servo presses bring to the stamping industry. SEYI’s SD series is equipped with powerful yet energy-efficient, in-housed designed servo motors. The servo motor features a direct-drive transmission, low speed & high-torque characteristics, an air-cooled system and power leveling design, which aligns with the current EV development and carbon neutrality trend. As a result, the production output can be largely increased while helping customers to achieve a greener, cleaner production environment. 

Another big surprise for visitors this time was SEYI Prize Wheel! When visiting SEYI-America’s booth, each visitor could spin the prize wheel and have an opportunity to win Visa gift cards, giveaways such as whiskey cubes and even US$30,000 discounts for the purchase of the next SEYI press!
