SEYI Opens its Europe Technical Service Center in Frankfurt, Germany


Sep. 19th, 2018, Frankfurt, Germany – SEYI Presses Europe GmbH officially opened its Europe Technical Center in Frankfurt. Governmental officials from both sides of Republic of China, Taiwan and Germany were invited to celebrate this event together for the ribbon cutting and giving welcome remarks, including Ambassador from Taipei Representative Office, Prof. Dr. Jhy-Wey Shieh; Economic Division Director Ching-Yun Huang; Foreign Trade Division, Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Regional Development the consultant Mr. Norbert Noisser and Director Overseas Operations & China, Frankfurt RheinMain GmbH, Mr Bertram Roth.

Meanwhile, SEYI Europe’s local partners from different regions also participate in this ceremony, and they will cooperate with Tech Center the most in terms of product consulting and after-sales services. Thanks to the steady economic growth in Europe, SEYI has earned more and more orders, especially from well-known OEMs and Tier 1 auto part suppliers in automotive industry and will be positive for the future of SEYI Europe.

SEYI Europe has cultivated the European market for more than six years. With the rapid growth that SEYI Europe has faced, it’s inevitable and its responsibility to establish Tech Center for providing prompt services to local customers, including technical support, product consulting service and after-sales service.

There are four missions of the Technical Center should achieve. First, to offer consultancy services for customers with stamping solutions including automation and peripherals; second, to do live customer demonstrations and let customers do the trials for tooling; third, to hold training workshops for agents, and fourth, to provide local prompt technical support for after-sales services. SEYI’s Europe Technical Service Center will support SEYI Europe to greatly enhance its customer satisfaction and at the same time, as the best backup to assist SEYI Europe for winning new business opportunities.
