SEYI to Showcase High-Rigidity Servo Press and Fuel Cell Bipolar Plate Stamping Solution at MF-TOKYO 2025

SEYI Machinery is excited to exhibit at MF-TOKYO 2025 – The 8th Metal Forming Fair Tokyo, taking place from July 16–19, 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center), East Hall 7, Booth E7-08.

At the event, SEYI will present its advanced high-rigidity SD series servo press, equipped with a fuel cell flow field plate demo die. This modern machine is designed to meet the demanding requirements of stamping ultra-thin metal plates used in hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (FCEV) bipolar plates.

SEYI's High-Rigidity Servo Press

SEYI has further enhanced the structural rigidity and performance of the SD series servo press, bringing superior stability and precision during processing. The showcased press offers a 160-ton pressurizing capacity and incorporates a high-rigidity design that significantly surpasses the stiffness of traditional models. It features a high-torque servo motor that improves energy conversion efficiency while lowering electricity costs. The system also includes a circulating lubrication system that supports energy savings and environmental protection.

The SD Series’ intuitive operation interface is integrated with SEYI’s smart stamping solution, SIMS+, allowing for real-time monitoring, production optimization, and improved line efficiency. These capabilities support manufacturers in achieving intelligent, low-carbon production.

The MF-TOKYO 2025 exhibit will focus on fuel cell flow field plate stamping, demonstrating the SD series’ strengths in forming depth control, thin-plate precision, and complex channel forming—meeting the high standards required for new energy vehicle applications.
