SEYI Machinery had returned from MF-Tokyo 2023 during July 12^th and 15^th with fruitful results. At the show, most exhibitors offered advanced metal forming technology or solutions from the perspective of environmental protection. IoT-based and EV related topics were highlighted. SEYI’s guests, most from automotive and home appliance industries, showed their interests in SEYI’s servo technology.  Dr. KC Hsu, the head of servo technology development, was interviewed by the media and introduced the latest products and metal stamping solutions at SEYI’s booth.

With more than 10 years of experience on servo press design and production, the latest SDN1 series is designed based on the concept of energy-saving and advanced electrical control system, in order to build a more eco-friendly and user-friendly servo press.

Regular demo time during the exhibition was hosted to present the advantages of the servo press. The sample tooling was a progressive die for an EV component using Pendulum Motion. 11 plates of the part would be stamped progressively and be stacked automatically at the end. Thanks to the flexible parameter setting of stamping profiles, the parts can be stamped with a perfect shape and high quality.      

SEYI Smart Stamping Solution (SIMS)

To satisfy customers with their needs on smart production, SEYI has developed Smart Stamping Solution – SIMS based on IoT structure. Via various sensors, the data on a press can be captured and saved, and the system can display the machine and production status on a real-time basis. Customers can view the graphs or statistics on their PCs or mobile devices thanks to its web-based interface. The data can be exported if customers need further analysis for optimizing their production plan.

SEYI also emphasized ESG visions during the show.
