In terms of stamping equipment procurement, Anhui Zhongding Precision Technology has purchased a total of 139 high-performance SEYI stamping machines. These include a wide range of models, from 160-ton to 200-ton SN1 series C frame crank presses and solid Frame crank presses, to 300-500-ton SLS series closed crank link presses, as well as large 600-1200-ton SLG series straight side crank Link-Motion presses. These machines have built multiple stamping production lines, ranging from small to large parts, injecting strong power into production.
It is worth mentioning that among these, Zhongding Precision’s heavy-duty SEYI stamping machines total 15 units, which operate under high loads year-round, steadily supporting heavy stamping tasks.
In addition, Anhui Zhongding Precision has also made significant investments in automation. The company has introduced 63 advanced pieces of equipment, gradually expanding from five-pair, six-pair machines to seven-pair, eight-pair, and nine-pair machines. Coupled with cutting-edge technologies such as visual feeding, robotic arms, automation feeding lines, and visual feeding lines, this has enabled a smart leap in the production process.
